Refund & Return Policy

At Metro Mode New York (metromodeny.com), your satisfaction is our top priority. This policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and cancellations in compliance with applicable United States consumer protection laws.
1. Returns & Timeframe
You have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at: info@metromodeny.com.
- Return Shipping: Costs for return shipping are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a full refund, items must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Items must be securely packed to prevent damage during the return transit.
Returns must NOT be sent without prior authorization. We ship from international fulfillment centers to provide you with the best prices. Contact our support team to receive the correct return address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Packages sent without approval may be lost or rejected.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@metromodeny.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the processing phase, it must be handled as a return.
